Spacious 5 bedroom beach house with 4 full & 1 half baths. This home will accommodate 16. There is a pull-out queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Bedrooms 1-3 have 55" flat-panel Roku TVs, bedroom #4 has a 40" and bedroom #5 is equipped with a 50” plasma TV.

A very clean, exceptionally maintained, and fully furnished home. It has free high-speed WiFi service & the kitchen has everything you need to accommodate 16 people. The living room has been furnished with a 50” Roku TV.

A complete backyard entertainment area: Heated 12 x 24 ft. in-ground pool, a 6 person hot tub, a large 14 x 28 patio area with fire pit and gas grilling station, and plenty of seating for everyone. There is a second gas grill on the side of the house and a charcoal grill. Parking under garage & driveway accommodates 4 cars depending on size.
